Add a Gmail Delete Button with GreaseMonkey

GreaseMonkey for Firefox allows you to add DHTML user scripts to extend a web page’s behavior. People have built all sorts of strange and wonderful things with it. Over at Arantius.com, one hacker decided to add a delete button directly into his Gmail browser. When clicked, it moves the selected e-mails to the trash.

To use this extension, you’ll need to install GreaseMonkey, restart Firefox and then load the user script from the page linked below. You’ll be prompted to confirm the pages affected by the extension. Simply accept the defaults and then pop over to Gmail. Your new button will be ready and waiting.
